Get support
Try these first. They answer most questions faster than a ticket:
- Byte, the AI assistant in the panel, can look at your server and fix many problems.
- I can’t connect and my server won’t start cover the most common problems.
- status.swiftservers.org shows whether there’s an outage.
Open a ticket in Discord
Section titled “Open a ticket in Discord”Join the SwiftServers Discord and open a support ticket. Put this in your first message, so staff can help without asking:
- Your server’s address, for example
myawesomesmp.swiftservers.org. - What you were doing, and what happened instead.
- The exact error message. Copy the text rather than describing it.
- A link to your log. Click Share on the console to upload it to mclo.gs, and paste the link.
- For payment problems, the date and amount from Billing.
Report a bug or suggest a feature
Section titled “Report a bug or suggest a feature”Post it on the suggestions and bug reports board. Others can vote, and you can follow what gets built. Shipped changes show up on the board’s changelog and on the changelog board in the lobby.
